The Omeo District Race Club’s ‘Hinnomunjie Races’ is in it’s 135th year, however our future is not secure unless we can meet the criteria Country Racing Victoria and Racing Victoria Limited have placed on our club including;
- Liquidity – current liquid assets of more than $20,000
- The clubs feature event race day generates admission revenue over $10,000
- More than 75 members and $1500 membership subscriptions (if more than 2 race meeting per annum)
Therefore your membership support will help us meet the criteria set and ensure our historic race meeting and fabulous day out on the Omeo High Plains continues for another 135 years… plus!

2012 Membership- Single- $30, Couple- $55
In the future we hope to deliver further benefits to our financial associate members , however we first need to establish a strong membership subscription to meet the wishes of CRV and RVL (More than 75 members and $1500 membership subscriptions and $10,000 admission revenue).
Your financial support will assist delivery of the many projects we wish to complete in the upcoming year. If you have friends and family that would also be interested in becoming a member, please pass on the enclosed membership form.

Sponsorship
Race sponsorship is a great way for a business, a social group or friends and family to participate in the races. A race named after your business, group or club, and the opportunity of presenting the trophy to the elated connections of the winning horse is an exciting and fun way to advertise and support the Hinnomunjie Races..

- Sponsorship of a race on the day
- Allocated space for your signage in the mounting yard and on the track
- Presentation on the day by yourself, or a member of your group, to the connections of the winning horse
